Cleaning services were irregular, and I found myself requesting clean towels multiple times. Additionally, I encountered a lack of communication regarding various amenities, making my stay more stressful than it needed to be.

Had a comfy stay in a Deluxe Room. It had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchenette. The bathroom was private and came with free toiletries. There’s a lovely rooftop terrace for relaxation, and the staff were super helpful. The manager always made sure I felt welcome.
